Happy birthday :)

HI! Today is my birthday, I don’t count the years anymore, but am happy to have completed another orbit of the sun!

You don’t need many materials and it’s a great project to use up some odds and ends of card and thread. An evening’s project and a lovely way to let a friend or member of your family know that you are thinking of them on their special day.

If you print it at A4 size, the design will fit on a 7.5cm square card. The download includes instructions, but if you need more help, don’t forget there are tips and advice and tools and stitches .

Please do share your makes and I especially love to see how people adapt my design. You could try printing the pattern at a bigger scale, using different colour threads or card. Or why not colour the finished stitching to add depth?
